Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. All prices are set and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Amounts shown in any other currency are indicative conversions for reference only; the amount actually charged will be the INR amount shown at checkout.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations more than 60 days before the event date are eligible for a 70% refund. Within 60 days are non-refundable. The Ski Society may amend the programme due to weather or safety.
3. Health, Fitness & Risk
Skiing and snowboarding carry inherent risk. Guests confirm they are medically fit and agree to follow all instructor and safety guidance. Accurate details must be provided for safe gear fitting.
4. Eligibility
Open to adults 18+. Toddlers aged 0–8 may attend free under full parental supervision. Children aged 8–18 are not permitted.
5. Accommodation
Room allocations are subject to availability at the selected partner property. A maximum of two adults per room applies; extra beds are available on select rooms at additional cost.
6. Liability
The Ski Society and partners are not liable for loss, injury or damage except where caused by proven negligence. Guests should hold valid travel and medical insurance.
